In some versions of the myth, he was the very first God of the water. While he wasn’t any sort of big deal, mainly in that he wasn’t mentioned very often in mythology. I thought it would be pretty cool to know that there was one guy at the start of this ‘millions of water Gods’ nonsense. It was said that Thesis and Gaia and he, were at the beginning of it all. Together they created offspring in their wake to populate the universe.
