God of eternal time.
In some versions of the myth, it was a bit of a fluke that I found him in my research. Apparently Ancient Greeks had two major concepts surrounding ‘time’. Aion representing eternal time as a big ambiguous chunk, and Chronos as the three segments we often refer to as: the past, the present and the future. Even more confusing: Aion and Chronos were often one and the same. Neither of them were Kronos who had nothing to do with any of this whatsoever (but still got looped in because of his name).
